WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO START A JUICE BUSINESS?

 

We started off by making juices for ourselves, as we wanted fresh, healthy juices, with no additives. Reset Organic then formed in February 2020, due to the lack of any local organic juice producers. We then decided to turn our passion into something more!

 

 

WHAT IS IT THAT YOU USE TO MAKE THE COLD-PRESSED JUICES?

 

The equipment we use is a Bió commercial cold-press juicer. The hydraulic press aims to extract the maximum amount of liquid. due to using no heat or oxygen, the nutrients are not removed.  

 

 

HOW DOES THE CLEANSE WORK?

 

Our juices are made with 100% organic produce, which has not been tampered with. The nutrients within them are designed to promote overall health, and boost your immunity. Therefore, the consumer can integrate them into their daily regime as they see fit. 

 

 

WHICH ORDER SHOULD I DRINK MY CLEANSE PACK?

 

We would recommend you drink the "Clean" juice first, due to the alkaline properties that it contains. However, there is no set order if you decide on a different juice. We strongly advise that you drink plenty of water throughout the day, as hydration is important!

CAN I PRE ORDER MY CLEANSE PACK?

 

Yes you can! If you wish to pre order your cleanse pack, get in touch with us and we will arrange for them to be ready on your chosen day. 

 

 

​WHY HAVE MY JUICES SETTLED?

 

After some time, you will see some sediments appearing, these contain many beneficial properties, and in order to have the highest value of nutrients, these are vital! You may also find residue on the bottom of the bottles containing ginger, this is because it is a dense product. The sediments are a sign that your juices are in the most natural state- and not been tampered with. Just shake well before drinking, and enjoy!   

 

 

HOW LONG WOULD MY JUICES LAST FOR?

 

As they are cold-pressed with no additives, they have a fridge life of 6 days, from when they are made. However, to ensure freshness the 5 day cleanse packs will always be delivered in two parts. 

 

 

CAN I FREEZE MY JUICES?

Although we would prefer if you drank them fresh off the press, our juices can be frozen. It wouldn't destroy the vitamins or minerals, however the colour and flavour may differ, compared to when fresh. Freezing is a good alternative if you wish to start your cleanse on a specific day.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24hrs of placing your order. Once this is confirmed, we will offer you a full refund. WHAT OTHER IMPORTANT INFO SHOULD I KNOW?

Please be aware that our juices are all made from natural products, therefore have not been pasteurised. We would not recommend you consuming your juices if the seal has been broken, or it appears to have been tampered with. The products offered are a variety of organic raw cold-pressed juices, in which the consumer can drink as they see fit. The products offered are not intended to be used as a substitute to treat, cure or prevent any disease or illness.
