Delivery & Shipping

Information

We make all of our cold-pressed juices fresh to order, as the produce is raw and contains no additives. Because of this, we work within a certain time frame, to ensure your juices are as fresh as possible, and deliver/ship them shortly after being made. We predominantly make our juices every weekend (with smaller batches made during the week), with the aim of delivering them locally on a Saturday or Sunday. To get juices within this slot, please ensure your order by 2pm, each Thursday.

Delivery costs within Northamptonshire;

NN1- NN5 & NN8- Free delivery

NN6 - NN12 -£5

NN14 - NN16- £7

For Shipping costs outside of Northamptonshire, we offer a choice of 3 delivery categories;

​

Express 24- (Delivery within 24hrs) £10.15

​

Express AM- (Delivery by 12noon) £12.55

​

Express 10- (Delivery by 9am) £14.35

​

*Shipping is Monday-Thursday. Please be aware that these days may differ especially during bank holidays. If there is an unexpected change in the delivery date, we will contact you immediately.

​*These are the expected delivery options once your juices are made, not after you've ordered

*Once your juices are freshly made, we then book your delivery to be shipped

​

*The above delivery charges are what we are charged for using a third parties delivery service*

*We use Parcelforce Worldwide, where a signature is required upon delivery. Once your item is ready for delivery, you will receive a tracking code, and Parcelforce will update you on its progress. Once Parcelforce have collected your items from Reset organic, we hold no responsibility for them thereafter. When placing your order, please ensure you do the following;

​

  • Select your order

  • Add to cart

  • View cart

  • Ensure you have selected your correct postal code, so the correct delivery charge is correct

  • Select the "shipping outside of Northamptonshire" if you are outside of Northamptonshire

  • If you wish to collect, then please select "collection"

Once we've received your order confirmation, a member of the team will get in touch with you, to confirm your delivery or collection day. 

 

If you choose to have your order delivered, we will;

 

  • Maintain the 2 meter distance and place your order at the doorstep

  • As proof of delivery, we will need to take a photo of your order with the door open (don’t worry you don't need to be in the photo)!

Packaging

​

Your juices are very important to us, for shipping outside of Northamptonshire, we pack them in boxes that have robust double wall corrugated outers, which offer maximum protection in transit. There is also integrated triple layer foil, and bubble liner, which provides maximum insulation. This will shield against heat transfer, and reflect almost 100% of radiant heat. We also add gel packs to ensure your juices stay cold throughout the duration of their journey!
